Last months weren’t very successful for Tamara Korpatsch. Since November 2019 she hasn’t been able to win three matches in a row. Today this series came to an end when she defeated Anna Bondar in the quarterfinals of BNP Paribas Poland Open.

When the emotions die down a little, the Hungarian will surely also consider this week in Gdynia to be a positive experience. First she went through the qualifications and then two rounds of the main tournament. She came here as world number 229 and next Monday she should be at around 200.
